UV Ink Drying System

Our six-color, 22” press features a Prime UV Processor designed for high speed and complete curing of UV inks on all types of paper stocks, including coated paper ranging from 50# to 8 pt. Board.

This UV system allows us to provide excellent ink uniformity by utilizing the latest in UV ink technology. In addition, the larger press width allows us to position paper for optimal performance.

Another benefit of the larger width is the money you will save by running 9½” forms double-streamed. Furthermore, this press enables us to splice into mill rolls on the fly, making it great for longer runs while maintaining exceptional quality.

Use color to turn ordinary forms and correspondence into a statement of success and prestige. We encourage UV on cut sheets to protect drum damage on printers.
