If you are using the browser supplied FTP software

After clicking on the Click HERE to access the FTP site, a popup will appear.

Enter the User Name and Password you have been given. Click LogOn/Ok.
Follow the instructions on the screen.
(Some browsers may require that you enter the UserName and Password a second time.)

A screen will then appear which displays the current FTP directory state

Locate and select the subdirectory assigned to you.

You now can place any files from your computer on the FTP site by dragging or copy/paste.
